Orders are cut fresh from the bolt and typically ship within [2–3 business days].

Returns & Exchanges

Because fabric is cut to order, cut yardage is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a damaged, defective, or mis-cut item.

If something arrives wrong, reach out within [7–14 days] of delivery at [contact email] with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Unopened, uncut items (such as notions or pre-cut remnants) may be returned within [X days] of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs.
